Step 1: Approval and Issuance
The Exam Council reports results to the Director of the Department of Construction. For candidates scoring $\ge$ 70 in both parts, the Director approves the list (Appendix XXII).
Within 10 working days of receiving a valid dossier from successful candidates, the Department prints and issues the certificate.
Step 2: Handover
Candidates receive the certificate directly or by post. The certificate is valid nationwide for 05 years.
Step 3: Archiving and Publication
The Department of Construction archives dossiers and publishes the list of certified individuals on its website and integrates data into the Ministry of Construction’s system.
