The person representing the company to submit the publication dossier must have sufficient qualifications and experience according to the provisions of law and practice law of the member countries, and be the legal representative of the company stated on the Business Registration Certificate.

Full ingredients and nomenclature

  • Ingredients in the product formula must be fully recorded in descending order of content.
  • Ingredients with an amount less than 1% may be listed in any order after ingredients with an amount greater than 1%. Colorants may be listed in any order after other ingredients according to the color indication (CI) or by name as in Annex IV (Annex IV) of the ASEAN Cosmetics Agreement.
