  2. Food production and trading without a fixed location;
  3. Small preliminary processing;
  4. Small food business;
  5. Trading in pre-packaged foods;
  6. Producing and trading in tools and materials for packaging and storing food;
  7. Restaurants in hotels;
  8. The collective kitchen does not have a registered food business;
  9. Street food business;
  10. The facility has been granted one of the following Certificates:
  • Good manufacturing practices (GMP),
  • Hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system,
  • ISO 22000 food safety management system,
  • International Food Standards (IFS),
  • Global standards for food safety (BRC),
  • Food safety system certification (FSSC 22000) or equivalent is valid.

Note: Although it is not necessary to have a food hygiene and safety certificate, you must comply with the corresponding food safety conditions.
