All organizations and individuals have the right to register and use unlimited identifiers for advertising via text messages and phone calls.
Granting identification names:
Identification names are uniquely granted to organizations and individuals in the national identification name system issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Expiry date is 03 years from date of issue.

A certified copy of the Decision to establish an organization or business registration certificate.
Identification name registration declaration according to sample number 01 Appendix issued together with Decree 91/2020/ND-CP.
Documents related to intellectual property rights or trademark registration (if any).
For individuals:
Certified copy of identity card, citizen identification card or passport.
Name registration declaration according to sample number 01 Appendix issued together with Decree 91/2020/ND-CP.

For individual business households:
Certified copy of identity card, citizen identification card or passport.
