There are 3 forms of submitting documents to change the company name: Submitting directly, via postal service and submitting electronically.
In case of direct submission or via postal service:
The enterprise sends the registration dossier to change the business registration content to the business registration agency where the enterprise is headquartered.
After receiving the dossier, the business registration agency issues a Receipt, checks the validity and issues a Business Registration Certificate to the enterprise if the registered business name change does not violate the regulations on business naming.
In case of submitting documents electronically:
Use a public digital signature or Business Registration Account to declare information, download electronic documents, sign documents to authenticate and pay business registration fees and charges according to the process on the national business registration portal (https://dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn).
After completing the submission of documents, the applicant will receive a Receipt of business registration documents via the electronic information network.
The business registration agency issues business registration to the company if the documents are valid and notifies the company. In case the dossier is not valid, the business registration agency will notify the enterprise to amend and supplement the dossier.
Announcement of business registration content: The request for publication of business registration content is made at the time the enterprise submits its business registration application.
