• Within 03 working days from the date of appraisal results, the agency issuing the Business Eligibility License is responsible for issuing the Business Eligibility License. In case of not granting a Business Eligibility License, a written response must be provided clearly stating the reason.

Note: The appraisal team consists of no more than 07 members, including representatives of the following agencies: Police, Culture, Construction and other relevant agencies.

Step 4: Apply for a fire prevention and fighting license:

Prepare a full set of documents according to regulations and then submit the documents to the competent authority for resolution as prescribed in Reference 12, Article 13, Decree No. 136/2020/ND-CP amended and supplemented by Clause 5, Article 1, Decree 50/2024/ND-CP.

• The Department of Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police shall appraise and approve fire prevention and fighting designs for: Projects and works specified in Appendix Va issued with Decree 50/2024/ND-CP.
• The Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police approves fire prevention and fighting designs for: Projects and works specified in Appendix Vb issued with Decree 50/2024/ND-CP.
