According to Article 14 and Article 15 of Circular 47/2014/TT-BCT, amended by Circular 21/2018/TT-BCT, the e-commerce floor registration application includes the following documents:

  1. Application for website registration to provide e-commerce services. This form is specified in the Appendix to Circular 47/2014/TT-BCT;
  2. Copy of legal documents of the business. This can be a copy from the original book, a certified copy, or a copy with the original for comparison;
  3. This project must meet the requirements stated in Clause 3, Article 54 of Decree 52/2013/ND-CP;

  • Maximum resolution time is 37 working days.
  • Applications that are not completed after 30 days from the date of the additional request will be canceled and must be re-registered.
