Motor vehicles with special requirements to ensure fire safety include: railway vehicles, waterway vehicles with a length of 20m or more transporting passengers, transporting gasoline, oil, flammable liquids, flammable gases, explosive materials, chemicals with fire and explosion hazards when newly built or converted, affecting one of the following fire safety requirements:
