Cost of re-issuance of Certificate of eligibility for animal husbandry
Based on section 4.8, subsection 4 of Decision 2732/QD-BNN-CN on Re-issuance of Certificate of eligibility for livestock farming for large-scale livestock farming, this procedure will have the following costs:
Reissue appraisal (in case of not assessing actual conditions): 250,000 VND/1 facility/time
Appraisal, assessment, monitoring and maintenance of animal feed production conditions: 1,500,000 VND/1 facility/time.
Procedure for applying for re-issuance of Certificate of eligibility for animal husbandry
Competent State agency
Pursuant to section 4.6, subsection 4 of Decision 2732/QD-BNN-CN, the agency handling administrative procedures for reissuing the Certificate of eligibility for animal husbandry is the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Prepared documents
According to Clause 4, Article 23 of Decree 01/VBHN-BNNPTNT detailing the livestock law, section 4.3, subsection 4 of Decision 2732/QD-BNN-CN, components of application for re-issuance of Certificate of eligibility for animal husbandry including:
Documents proving the changed content in case of changing information related to organizations and individuals in the Certificate;
Certificate of eligibility for animal husbandry has been issued, except in cases where the Certificate is lost.
Implementation steps
Step 1: Organizations and individuals send 01 set of the above documents to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development where the livestock facility is located.
Step 2: Check profile content:
In case of direct application: At the time of receiving the application, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development checks the application and receives the complete application; In case the dossier is incomplete, return it to the organization or individual to supplement and complete the dossier.
In case of submitting application via postal service or online environment: Within 03 working days from the date of receiving the application, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will review the completeness; In case the dossier is not complete as prescribed, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development shall notify organizations and individuals to supplement and complete the dossier.
Step 3: Get results
Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid documents, the competent authority will reissue the Certificate of eligibility for livestock farming for large-scale livestock farming according to Form No. 05.DKCN Appendix I issued with Decree No. 13/2020/ND-CP dated January 21, 2020The Government’s detailed guidance on the Law on Animal Husbandry; In case of refusal, a written response must be made clearly stating the reason.
