  • Resolution or Decision by the Owner: A resolution or decision from the company owner regarding the establishment of the branch.
  • Legal Documents of the Branch Manager: A copy of the legal documents of the individual appointed as the branch manager.

Registration Procedure

For Direct Submission or Postal Service:

  • Step 1: The company submits the branch registration dossier to the Business Registration Office where the branch is located.
  • Step 2: The Business Registration Office issues a receipt for the submitted dossier to the applicant.
  • Step 3: The Business Registration Office reviews the validity of the dossier and issues a branch operation registration certificate within 3 days from the date of receiving a valid dossier. If the dossier is not valid, the Business Registration Office will notify the company in writing of the necessary corrections and supplements.

For Electronic Registration with Public Digital Signature:

  • Step 1: Declare information, submit documents and pay registration fees and charges.

The company files information, submits the dossier, and pays the registration fees online. The company must enter information, upload electronic documents, and verify the registration through the national business registration portal.

  • Step 2: Receive a receipt for registration documents.

After completing the submission, the applicant receives an electronic receipt for the branch registration dossier via the online platform.

  • Step 3: The Business Registration Office issues registration of enterprise branch operations.

The Business Registration Office processes the branch registration and informs the company about the issuance of the branch operation registration certificate. If authorization is given for the registration process via the electronic portal, the authorization document must include the contact details of the authorized person to verify the submission.

  • Step 2: Receive Receipt.

After submitting the dossier, the applicant receives an electronic receipt for the branch registration.

  • Step 3: The Business Registration Office issues branch operation registration

The Business Registration Office issues the branch operation registration certificate if the dossier meets requirements and informs the company about the registration. If the dossier does not meet requirements, the Business Registration Office will notify the company via the electronic portal to request corrections and supplements.
