Pursuant to Article 36 of Decree 110/2024/ND-CP, the procedure for the confirmation of social work practice process proceeds as follows:
Step 1: Submission The practitioner submits the dossier to the facility providing social work services via:
Step 2: Reception The head of the facility is responsible for receiving the practitioner within 03 working days of receiving the dossier. If refused, a written response stating reasons must be provided within 01 working day.
Step 3: Assignment The head issues a decision assigning a practice supervisor (Form No. 04, Decree 110/2024/ND-CP). The practice duration commences based on the qualification level (12, 09, or 06 months).
Step 4: Supervisor Assessment Within 02 working days after the practice period ends, the supervisor must provide a written assessment of the process, capacity, professional level, skills, and ethical standards, and propose the issuance of the confirmation to the head of the facility.
Step 5: Issuance of Confirmation Within 05 working days of receiving the supervisor’s assessment, the head of the facility issues the confirmation of the social work practice process (Form No. 05, Decree 110/2024/ND-CP).
