  • The technical person in charge of the medical examination and diagnosis facility must have a university degree or higher in veterinary medicine or related majors.
  • Veterinary medicine dealers must also have an intermediate degree or higher in veterinary medicine or related fields.
  • Facilities testing, exporting, importing and manufacturing veterinary drugs need to have a technical person in charge with a university degree or higher in a major appropriate to the type of drug being produced or tested.
  • The person in charge of engineering at a veterinary drug production and testing facility must have a university degree or higher in a major appropriate to the production and testing facility.
