Step 1: Submit application

Step 3: Licensing

In case there is no request for amendment or supplementation, a new operating license must be issued and a decision to approve the technical list to be implemented at the facility must be issued within 10 working days from the date of issuance of the appraisal record. determination;

In case of request for amendment or supplement, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the written notice and documents proving the completion of remediation and repair from the requesting facility, the agency The issuer of an operating license can conduct an actual inspection of the remediation and repair of the requested facility in case of necessity or issue an operating license. In case of not granting an operating license, there must be a written response clearly stating the reason.

Step 4: Publish information

Within 05 working days from the date of issuance of the business license, the operating licensing agency shall publish it on its electronic portal and on the Information System on management of medical examination and treatment activities. The following information: name and address of the establishment licensed to operate; full name and practice license number of the person responsible for technical expertise; operating license number; scope of professional activities and duration of professional activities.
