Business location registration procedures

Businesses can register their business location in two ways: online or directly at the Department of Planning and Investment (MPI).

Method 1: Register online through the National Business Registration Portal.

• Step 1: Register an account and log in to the system at the National Business Registration Portal website.
• Step 2: Choose the application submission method (by public digital signature or business registration account).
• Step 3: Select the registration type “business location” and enter the managing business information.
• Step 4: Download the attached document (scanned) and sign for authentication.
• Step 5: Submit application.

Method 2: Submit directly to the Department of Planning and Investment where the enterprise is headquartered.

• Step 1: Submit complete documents to the business registration office under the Department of Planning and Investment.
• Step 2: The Business Registration Office receives and processes the application within 3 working days.
• Step 3: Issue a Business Location Registration Certificate to the enterprise, and update information on the National Database.
