• The person responsible must not have a criminal record for crimes related to national security, or be currently serving a sentence, probation, or other coercive measures as prescribed by law.

Conditions for enterprises with foreign investment capital

• Foreign enterprises that want to contribute capital or enter into a joint venture in the field of security services business must operate continuously for at least 5 years in this field.
• A representative is a person who has not been handled by a foreign law agency where business activities are handled for violations related to security service business activities from a warning or higher.
• The investment capital of foreign enterprises must reach a minimum of 1,000,000 USD and can only be used to purchase equipment and machinery for security work.

Do not employ foreigners or Vietnamese residing abroad for important positions.
• Training and certification: Only use staff who have been trained and have a security professional certificate.
• Labor contract: Must sign a labor contract according to legal regulations with the security guard.
• Curriculum approval: Staff training is only carried out after approval by the Police agency.
• Signs and uniforms: Provide signs and uniforms with registered logos for security guards.
• Service provision contract: Sign an economic contract before deploying security services.
