In the following years, the fee payment deadline is June 30 every year.

Pursuant to Circular 232/2016/TT-BTC, the annual fee for maintaining barcodes is specified as follows:

1. Use GS1 company code:

• Using 10-digit GS1 business code (corresponding to the case where the business can use 100 item numbers): 500,000 VND;
• Using 9-digit GS1 business code (corresponding to the case where the business can use 1,000 items): 800,000 VND;
• Using 8-digit GS1 business code (corresponding to the case where the business can use 10,000 items): 1,500,000 VND;
• Using 7-digit GS1 business code (corresponding to the case where the business can use 100,000 items): 2,000,000 VND.

2. Using global location code (GLN): 200,000 VND.
3. Using 8-digit global trade item number EAN-8 (GTIN-8): 200,000 VND.

2. Fee payment method: Bank transfer.

In case the Enterprise does not receive a receipt, please take a photo of the payment order or successful money transfer notice with full transfer content and immediately contact the National Barcode Center for instructions on timely resolution.
