New regulations on intermodal license between Vietnam and Cambodia

2. Components of the application for a license for non-commercial vehicles include:

  • Application for issuance or re-issuance of license according to Form No. 05 Appendix V Decree 119/2021/ND-CP ATTACHMENT – Form No. 05 – PL V.docx;
  • A copy of the Car Registration Certificate or a copy of the appointment letter to receive the Car Registration Certificate from the registration agency or a copy from the original book of the Car Registration Certificate. In case the vehicle is not owned by an organization or individual, a copy of the vehicle rental contract must be presented;
