• Being prosecuted for criminal liability; convicted and the sentence has taken legal effect; have been convicted but have not had their criminal records expunged; has been convicted of violating regulations on asset auction activities, fraudulent appropriation of property, and corruption crimes, including cases where criminal records have been erased.
• Being subject to administrative measures such as being sent to a compulsory detoxification facility or compulsory education facility according to the provisions of law on handling of administrative violations.
