ToggleAccording to Clause 3.3, Article 3 of Digital Regulation QCVN 05A: 2020/BCT issued with Circular 48/2020/TT-BCT (corrected by Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision 193/QD-BCT in 2021) stipulates:
Dangerous chemicals are chemicals that have one or more of the following dangerous properties according to the GHS classification principles: explosive; strong oxidation; strong corrosion; flows easily; acute toxicity, chronic toxicity; causes irritation to humans; causes cancer or has the risk of causing cancer; cause genetic change; toxic to reproduction; bioaccumulation; persistent organic pollution; toxic to the environment.
The production, trading, use, storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals must comply with strict safety and environmental protection requirements.
