1. Issued to members of guest delegations of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the President, Chairman of the National Assembly, and Prime Minister.
2. Issued to members of guest delegations of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Vice President, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court, Director of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, State Auditor General; members of the guest delegation at the same level of the Minister or equivalent, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Council, Chairman of the People’s Committee of the province or centrally run city.
3. Issued to members of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations under the United Nations, representative offices of intergovernmental organizations and spouses, children under 18 years of age, and helpers work together according to the term.
4. Issued to people working with diplomatic missions, consulates, representative agencies of international organizations under the United Nations, representative agencies of intergovernmental organizations and spouses and children under 18 years old go together; People visiting members of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices of international organizations under the United Nations, and representative offices of intergovernmental organizations.

Electronic visa fee

Pursuant to the Table of fees and charges issued together with Circular No. 25/2021/TT-BTC dated April 7, 2021 of the Minister of Finance. The fee for issuing an electronic visa is specified as follows:

Visa is valid for one visit: 25 USD/one

If a visa is valid multiple times, depending on the type of visa value, there are different fees:

• Type valid for no more than 90 days: 50 USD/piece
• Type valid from 90 days to 180 days: 95 USD/piece
• Type valid from 180 days to 1 year: 135 USD/piece
