Step 1: Report Submission The investor must report the plan to send workers abroad to the Provincial People’s Committee at least 20 days before the date of sending workers, attaching the Investment Certificate copy.
Step 2: Review and Response Within 05 working days of receiving the report, the Provincial People’s Committee responds in writing to the investor and notifies the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Step 3: Information Update The investor must update worker information on the Database System on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract within 05 working days from the date the workers exit the country.
