Long Phan at the Seminar on Trends and Strategies for Applying AI

In the evening of June 25, 2024, Ms. Duong Thi Kim Ngan – CEO of Long Phan Investment Consulting and Legal Services Co., Ltd. attended a seminar with the theme “Trends and Strategies for Applying AI in Modern Human Resource Management” organized by TopCV Vietnam Joint Stock Company in collaboration with FSB Management & Technology Institute, FPT University in Ho Chi Minh City.

The seminar was a success and attracted the participation of more than 600 CEOs, HRMs, and management leaders from enterprises nationwide. The event featured leading Vietnamese speakers such as Mr. Hoang Nam Tien – Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, FPT University, Mr. Tran Trung Hieu – Founder and CEO of TopCV Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong – Human Resource Management Expert.

The seminar began with a speech by Mr. Tran Trung Hieu – Founder and CEO of TopCV Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Mr. Hieu elaborated on the current trends in applying AI in human resource management. By sharing practical examples and statistical data, he clearly illustrated how AI can improve recruitment processes, performance management, and skill development of employees. At the end of his speech, Mr. Hieu once again emphasized the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in managing and developing human resources in the digital technology era.

Following the program was a presentation by Mr. Hoang Nam Tien – Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees, FPT University, with the topic “FPT Case Study & Practical Applications of AI Technology in Management for Business Models.” In his speech, Mr. Tien shared strategies for deploying AI in modern human resource management that he is implementing. Mr. Tien stressed the importance of building a smart technology ecosystem where AI plays a central role in optimizing HR processes. He also provided specific solutions and practical experiences from projects he has participated in, helping businesses effectively and sustainably apply AI.

The final part of the seminar was a discussion session, where guests had the opportunity to ask questions and directly interact with the speakers. Questions revolved around applying AI in specific aspects of HR management, from predicting recruitment needs to improving the working environment and corporate culture. Here, CEO Duong Thi Kim Ngan also shared her valuable experiences and vision on applying AI in human resource management.
