Step 1: Submit application
Submit your application to the licensing authority.
The competent authority is the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department or the Fire Prevention Police Department in the localities.
Step 2: Process documents
The licensing agency checks the validity of the documents and sends a receipt to the customer.
If documents are missing, they will be returned with additional instructions.
Step 3: Pay the approval fee according to the notification from the licensing agency.
Step 4: After completion, customers receive the results and fire protection license according to appointment.

According to the provisions of Clause 14, Article 13 of Decree Decree 136/2020/ND-CP, the fire prevention and fighting design approval fee is determined in the total investment of the project, construction and motor vehicle.
