  • Within 15 days from the date of receipt of complete documents, the consulted agency has its opinion on meeting the criteria for determining the eco-industrial park.
  • Within 40 days from the date of receiving complete dossiers, the Management Board of industrial parks and economic zones organizes the evaluation of dossiers and prepares a report assessing the satisfaction of the criteria for determining an eco-industrial park.
  • In case the assessment results are satisfactory, the Industrial Park and Economic Zone Management Board shall report to the Provincial People’s Committee to issue an Eco-Industrial Park Certificate to investors implementing investment projects on construction and business of industrial park infrastructure.
  • In case the assessment results do not meet the requirements, within 03 working days from the date of the assessment results, the Industrial Park and Economic Zone Management Board is responsible for notifying the enterprise in writing and clearly stating the reason for the failure.
