According to the provisions of Article 47 of Decree 01/2021/ND-CP, the procedure for registering a change in the enterprise’s head office address includes the following steps:
Step 1: Before registering to change the head office address to a district, province, or centrally run city other than where the head office is located, leading to a change in the management tax authority, the enterprise must carry out procedures with the tax authority related to the change of location according to the provisions of tax law (Tax finalization, notice of relocation,…).
Step 2: After completing procedures for moving headquarters with the tax authority, the enterprise shall submit the application to change the business registration content to the Business Registration Office under the Department of Finance where the enterprise is headquartered.
Documents are submitted online via the National Public Service Portal for business registration at the address: https://dangkyquamang.dkkd.gov.vn.

Step 3: The Business Registration Office reviews the documents
After receiving the business registration application, the Business Registration Office will send a receipt to the email of the registered account.
The Business Registration Office will review the application within 3 working days.
If the application is valid, the Business Registration Office will notify the issuance of a Business Registration Certificate to the enterprise according to regulations.
If the application is invalid, the Business Registration Office will notify the application refusal or notify the application of amendments and supplements. Enterprises need to resubmit documents or amend or supplement documents so that the Business Registration Office has a basis for issuing a certificate.
