  • Document requesting re-issuance of work permit according to Form No. 11/PL1.
  • 02 color photos (4cm x 6cm, white background, taken no more than 6 months).
  • A valid work permit has been issued (except in cases of loss).
  • In case of loss of license confirmation from the commune-level police agency where the foreigner resides or a competent foreign agency.

Execution order

Step 1: Submit application for re-issuance of work permit

  • The employer submits the application to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs or the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
  • Applications can be submitted directly or via postal service.
  • The time of submission: at least 5 days before the work permit expires.

Step 2: Process documents

  • Processing time: 03 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
  • The competent authority will evaluate the dossier according to regulations.
  • In case of refusal, the competent authority will respond in writing and clearly state the reason.
