The Chairman of the Examination Council reports to the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee on the process of organizing the exam and approving the exam results.
Based on the report of the Chairman of the Examination Council and the exam results approved by the Chairman of the Examination Council, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee approves the list of certified individuals.
Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid documents, the Provincial People’s Committee shall organize the printing and issuance of the certificate.
