• Written agreement to transfer the Inspection Minutes of the fragrant rice field lot in case the organization or individual requesting certification of the fragrant rice variety is not named in the Inspection Minutes of the fragrant rice field lot.

In case of submission via electronic environment: Document components must be declared and digitally signed on the provided electronic forms according to the provisions of Clauses 1 and 2, Article 9 of Decree No. 45/2020/ND -CP dated April 8, 2020 of the Government on implementing administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
