ToggleAccording to Article 15 of Decree 48/2019/ND-CP dated June 5, 2019 (amended by Decree 19/2024/ND-CP dated February 23, 2024), the deletion of registration for water sports and entertainment vehicles applies in the following cases:
Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 26 of Decree 140/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025, the organization, implementation, and management of registration for vehicles serving water sports and entertainment purposes must be carried out by the Commune-level People’s Committee.
Additionally, Article 23 of Decree 48/2019/ND-CP (amended by Decree 19/2024/ND-CP) stipulates that the vehicle registration agency shall perform the deletion.
Thus, the Commune-level People’s Committee has the authority to resolve the deletion procedure.
