  • DT 1: Issued to foreign investors or representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a capital contribution of 100 billion VND or more or investing in industries, occupations, and areas with investment incentives. Card term is maximum 10 years.
  • DT 2: Issued to foreign investors or representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with capital contribution from 50 billion to less than 100 billion VND or investing in industries and professions that encourage investment and development. Card validity is maximum 5 years.
  • DT 3: Issued to foreign investors or representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with capital contribution from 3 billion to less than 50 billion VND. Card validity is maximum 3 years.
  • DT 4: Issued to foreign investors or representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a capital contribution of less than 3 billion VND. Card validity is maximum 12 months.
